SUSTAINABILITY FACTORY

Every action is guided by the goal of creating a more ethical and responsible fashion system.

Our mission is to preserve the planet and promote transparency, valuing resources through recycling and projects towards circularity.

REGENERATED PRODUCTION

For us, reclaimed is tradition. A history dating back to the early 1900s, centred on the recycling of waste fabrics. In this process, as fascinating as it is up-to-date, we collect waste fabrics from both in-house processing and finished garments and transform them into new recyclable materials.

Today, we produce more than 70% of our fabrics from pre- and post-consumer recycled fibres, following an almost completely in-house and vertical process based on sustainability, traceability and transparency.

DIGITAL PASSPORT

Transparency in a simple QR Code

The future of fashion is not only regenerated, but also increasingly traced and transparent. This is why we are promoters of the 4sustainability 4trace project, the system that associates each fabric with its Digital Passport, a detailed information sheet on characteristics and processing.

By means of a simple QR Code, you can obtain all the information you need to purchase the fabric safely: the materials of which it is made and where they come from, how it should be used and maintained, the environmental and social impacts of the processes required to make it, the companies involved in its production.

Our commitment through the 4sustainability Roadmap

There can be no lasting progress without caring for people and the planet. Therefore, our growth strategy is based on an ethical approach, convinced that sustainable economic development must go hand in hand with respect for the environment and society.

We actively participate in the 4sustainability roadmap, adopting its values and committing ourselves to making our business model increasingly responsible. We promote key partnerships on sustainability
On the Road 2023 - 4sustainability event

Our historic headquarters is open to key players in the industry as a hub of sustainable dialogue. Within its walls we welcomed brands and realities from the fashion world to collaborate on new paths towards more sustainable fashion. The focus of the event was on impact measurement and supply chain transparency, key issues for the future of responsible fashion. A pivotal event to reaffirm the commitment of the entire Prato district towards a shared goal: textile sustainability without compromises.
